Same day
A UK GMC-registered doctor reads your answers. They decide whether a letter can be issued and which dates it covers.
If approved, your letter is sent
Email and SMS
The signed letter arrives by email and SMS. Send it to your employer, university, insurer or airline.
What you need before you start
- Email and mobile number
- If approved, your letter is sent to both.
- Accurate answers
- The doctor decides from your answers, so give them fully and honestly.
- A way to pay
- Payment is taken in the form. See prices and delivery speeds.
- The recipient's rules
- Check what evidence your employer, university, insurer or airline accepts.
After you pay
You'll see Dr Sick's confirmation page. Add doctor@drsick.co.uk to your contacts so your letter doesn't go to spam.
