The doctor decides

A UK GMC-registered doctor reviews your questionnaire answers and decides whether a letter can be issued and what it covers. The doctor may decline.

Refunds

If no letter can be issued, you get a full refund to your original payment method within 3 to 5 working days.

Delivery times

Delivery times are best estimates. Same day orders must be submitted by 6pm, and urgent orders are taken from 6am to 10pm. See prices and delivery speeds.

How long a letter can cover

One letter covers up to 6 weeks. For longer absences, see your GP.

Express Subscription

The Express Subscription is £29.99 a month, with up to 2 same-day letters a month and a 3-month minimum term. Subscription details are sent by email after payment.

Large orders

We may decline bulk or high-value orders.

A private service

This is a private doctor's letter, not an NHS fit note. The employer, university, insurer or airline you send it to decides what evidence it accepts. The service is not for emergencies (call 999), urgent medical help (call NHS 111) or anyone under 18.
